B.A. in Islamic studies (Islamic jurisprudence and its origins track)

Admission Requirements:
For the Bachelor’s Program (B.A):
80% in the general secondary school certificate for the general track.
70% in the general secondary certificate for the advanced track.
70% in the general secondary school certificate for the elite track.
80% for Advanced Technical Secondary School Certificates (ATHS)
80% in the American Secondary School Certificate
24 points in the International Baccalaureate IB
The British system, a total of 8 subjects, 5 of which are at O level and 3 of which are at (AS/A) level, with a minimum average of C in all subjects (Arabic Language and Islamic Education are not counted).
Other admission requirements – undergraduate program:

– Obtaining a score of no less than (1200) points in the Emirates Standard Test (EmSAT) in the Arabic Language

– Obtaining a score of no less than (950) points in the English Language or its equivalent in other standardized tests (IELTS, TOEFL).

– Passing the personal interview arranged by the scientific committee.

– Obtaining a score of no less than (900) points in the Emirates Standard Test (EmSAT) in the Arabic Language

– Obtaining a score of no less than (700) points in the English Language or its equivalent in other standardized tests (IELTS, TOEFL).

– Passing the personal interview arranged by the scientific committee.

Requirements for Direct Admission – Master’s Program:

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or field from an accredited university recognized by the UAE Ministry of Education, with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or its equivalent.
Obtaining a score of no less than (1400) points in the Emirates Standard Test (EmSAT) in the Arabic Language.
Obtaining a score of no less than (1100) points in the Emirates Standard Test (EmSAT) in English or its equivalent.
To pass a written exam and a personal interview arranged by the scientific committee.

Conditional Admission Requirements – Master’s Program

For students with a cumulative GPA in undergraduate studies of less than 3 but not less than 2.5 or its equivalent.
To pass a written exam and a personal interview arranged by the scientific committee.
The following must be obtained during the first semester:
A score of (1400) as a minimum in the Emirates Standard Test (EmSAT) in the Arabic Language subject or its equivalent.
A score of (1100) as a minimum in the Emirates Standard Test (EmSAT) in English Language or its equivalent.
Obtaining a semester GPA of at least 3.0.

Requirements for Direct Admission to the Doctoral Program:

The student must have a master’s degree in a related major or field from an accredited university recognized by the Ministry of Education in the United Arab Emirates, with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or its equivalent.
Obtaining a score of no less than (1400) points in the Emirates Standard Test (EmSAT) in the Arabic Language.
Obtaining a score of no less than (1250) points in the Emirates Standard Test (EmSAT) in English or its equivalent.
To pass a written exam and a personal interview arranged by the scientific committee.

Conditional Admission Requirements – Ph.D. Program

The student must have a master’s degree in a related major or field from an accredited university recognized by the Ministry of Education in the United Arab Emirates, with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or its equivalent.
Obtaining a score of (1400) as a minimum in the Emirates Standard Test (EmSAT) in Arabic Language or its equivalent during the first semester.
Obtaining a score of (1250) as a minimum in the Emirates Standard Test (EmSAT) in English language or its equivalent during the first semester.
Obtaining a semester average of at least 3.0 in the first semester.
To pass a written exam and a personal interview arranged by the scientific committee.
