-Dr. Samira Al Nuaimi has an experience of twenty two year in the field of education and higher education management. She has been in charge of the following positions:

-Vice Chancellor for Support Services Sector

-Head of Student Affairs Department, Professor in the Master’s Program – Educational Leadership

-Director of Practical Training Programs, Director of Marketing and Student Recruitment Department

-Assistant Director – Academic and administrative school, and a high school teacher.

-Holds a PhD with Honors – Business Administration – Abu Dhabi University – specialising in leadership. PhD Thesis: “Participation in decision-making and teacher satisfaction”, a master’s degree in educational leadership with the distinction: Excellent – Zayed University in cooperation with the University of Washington, United States of America.

-Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Economics, majoring in Economics, with honors – United Arab Emirates University

-Supervised and participated in a number of projects and committees, organised conferences and symposiums. She also gave training sessions and workshops. She was the recipient of Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum Award for Academic Excellence in 2007 and 2016. She is a weekly column writer for the Emirates Today newspaper, dealing with education and society issues
